do i need a referral to see a physiotherapist or an exercise physiologist?

No. Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are primary contact practitioners. There is no need to see your doctor before making an appointment.

can I come in to look at the facility before I make an appointment?

Yes! Feel free to come and see what our practice has to offer!

are you ndis registered?

Yes we are a NDIS registered business!

can i claim any of my treatment under medicare?

Your doctor may give you an Enhanced Primary Care Plan /Team Care Arrangement, and Medicare will subsidise a portion of your consultation.

can i claim using my private health insurance?

Yes, you can claim on the spot using your private health insurance.

do you provide treatment for workers compensation and ctp?

Yes we do provide treatment for Workers Compensation and CTP. You must have a current claim number and approval from your insurance company to commence treatment.

what is the cost?

Consultation costs vary depending on whether it is for Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology. Please contact the practice on 4721 1222 to enquire.

can i use your hydrotherapy pool or gym if i am not a patient?

All patrons require an assessment by one of our therapists prior to commencing hydrotherapy.

is your facility accessible to people with disability?

Our facility is accessible to those who have difficulty walking or are in a wheelchair.

We have a chair lift for easy access in the pool.

do i need to be a patient to attend one of your classes?

No you do not need to be a patient to be able to attend one of our classes.

do you have a cancellation policy?

We ask that you value our services and provide us with at least 24 hours notice prior to not attending. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

do you provide casting services?

We can provide casting services including removal.

What services does Everybody Physiotherapy Penrith offer?

Everybody Physiotherapy Penrith provides physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise physiology, women’s health and pregnancy physio, sports physiotherapy, exercise classes, and NDIS services. The clinic is located at 72–74 Regentville Road, Jamisontown. To book an appointment, call (02) 4721 1222 or use the online booking portal.

Is Everybody Physiotherapy a Bupa preferred provider?

Yes. Everybody Physiotherapy is a Bupa Preferred Physiotherapy Provider, which may reduce out-of-pocket costs for eligible Bupa members. The clinic also accepts Medicare referrals under Chronic Disease Management plans, WorkCover, and NDIS funding.

Does Everybody Physiotherapy have a hydrotherapy pool?

Yes. The clinic has an onsite heated hydrotherapy pool maintained at 32 degrees Celsius, with a chair lift for easy access. It is used for low-impact rehabilitation, post-surgery recovery, arthritis management, deep water aqua aerobics, and falls prevention classes.

Do I need a referral to see a physio at Everybody Physiotherapy?

No referral is needed to book a standard appointment. You can book directly online or by calling (02) 4721 1222. A GP referral may be required if you are claiming through Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management plan or lodging a WorkCover claim.

Does Everybody Physiotherapy offer NDIS services?

Yes. The clinic is registered to provide NDIS physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and hydrotherapy services. The team works with NDIS participants to build personalised, goal-oriented treatment plans. Call (02) 4721 1222 to discuss your NDIS plan and available supports.
