PILATES
Looking to tone up, improve flexibility, and build core strength? Our Group Pilates Classes focus on strength, stability, and mobility, making them ideal for both fitness and rehabilitation.

Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics is a low-impact workout that improves strength, fitness, and flexibility while reducing stress on your joints.

To book a spot in one of our exercise classes, call us on (02) 4721 1222. Class sizes are small to ensure individual attention and safety. Saturday aqua aerobics classes start at 8am and run until 10:30am. Let us know your health background when you call so we can direct you to the most suitable class.
