Is Aqua Aerobics for Me?

Aqua Aerobics is a fun and effective exercise class performed in the pool. At Everybody Physiotherapy, our Aqua classes run for 45 minutes in our crystal-clear 32.5°C heated hydrotherapy pool!

Classes are led by our Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, and Therapy Aides, combining both aerobic fitness and resistance-based exercises. Sessions take place in both the shallow (1.1m) and deep (1.7m) sections of the pool, allowing exercises to be adapted for different abilities and comfort levels.
