DO I NEED A PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSESSMENT BEFORE CLASS?
Yes, for Clinical Pilates and Diabetes classes you will need to have a physiotherapy assessment first. You do not need a physiotherapy assessment to attend Aqua aerobics classes. For Clinical pilates classes you need to have a physiotherapy assessment done with our Senior Physiotherapist Jenny who runs the class. Jenny will assess your current level and ensure that she knows what you can manage before classes.
