Group PILATES Class
Focusing on flexibility and core stability. Classes run for 40 mins. Please book with reception.
Class Cost: $15 each

Group Aqua Class
Aqua classes are great for improving your muscle strength, joint movement, balance, fitness and confidence. Regardless of your level of fitness you can get a great workout and the instructor will offer modifications to increase or decrease the difficulty to suit you. Classes run for 40 mins.
Class Cost: $12
- Tuesday at 6pm
- Friday at 8am
- Saturday at 8am
FALLS PREVENTION CLASSES
Have you recently experienced a fall or are concerned about the possibility of a fall resulting in injury? Do you have a condition that compromises your balance? Or do you need to improve your muscular strength, balance, mobility or walking ability? Our Falls Prevention class is composed of strength and balance exercises with the aim to reduce the incidence and severity of falls among older people. This class is in a supervised environment with an overall goal to keep you active, independent and confident.
Class Cost: $15
- Monday at 11:30am
- Wednesday at 11:30am
DIABETES BEAT IT CLASS
The class is run in our gym and runs for 1 hour with our Exercise Physiologist. If you are unable to attend these classes, but still want to undertake the program, call our practice and we can organise an appointment with Erin for you to start your journey.

- Fridays at 11am
DO I NEED A PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSESSMENT BEFORE CLASS?
You do not need an assessment to attend Aqua Aerobics or Clinical Pilates classes. For Diabetes classes you will need to have an assessment first.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A CLASS?
We try to keep our classes small to ensure that you get one on one time with the therapist running the class.
CAN I CLAIM CLASSES ON MY HEALTH FUND?
Aqua Aerobics and Falls Prevention Classes can be covered on your health fund, whereas Clinical Pilates and Diabetes are not covered.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
For Aqua classes bring your swimmers and a towel. For Clinical Pilates, Falls Prevention and Diabetes wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
